Parking on the road and venturing through the village of Alferce, one can find a traditional white Portuguese church standing proudly amidst the narrow streets. Good to know: Right next to the church is a small playground and a public WC – a perfect spot for a stopover with kids. And if you’re lucky, you might just stumble upon a few friendly felines eager for a cuddle.
